Medical Case Management Group utilizes Certified Life Care Planners, who upon completing file review, construct an individualized, detailed, accurate Life Care Plan.

MCMG provides individualized and comprehensive Life Care Plans that project current and long-term care needs / costs and are congruent with disability level. Plans ease the burden of disease and / or injury, prevent possible complications, promote disability sensitive recommendations, and establish the expenses involved. The Plan is updated when the injured functional level changes or when they reach a developmental milestone. Types of Cases Future Care Projections Assist in Prevention or Limiting are:
